High-Pressure Leak Solutions

Split Clamps HPLS are specifically designed to repair leaks in high pressure pipelines. They are installed in the pipeline and bolted for temporary repairs. For permanent repairs, they shall be welded with the pipeline in service, following standard welding procedures.
Standard seals are Buna-N suitable for temperatures from -40ºF to 257ºF (-40ºC to 125ºC). To prevent seal displacement during installation, seals are fitted with retainers.
Background
Designed according to ASME Section VIII and API-6H, made of cast steel ASTM A-216 WCC and supplied with A-193 Gr B7 studs and A-194 Gr 2H nuts.
Functional Certification
Each Split Clamp is supplied with: Quality Certificate, Hydrostatic Test Certificates, Installation Manual and Welding Procedures. Available at an additional cost, we can provide: Material Certificates, Materials Testing and Radiographic Report.
